It's not that I haven't been painting, it's that I haven't been posting. Not that I've had time to paint every day, but there is more progress than I've shared.
Over the next few days I'll catch you up. I also haven't taken photos every step of the way on the clouds because it's difficult to really see the progress.
I think this is a great parallel for life. As we go through our day to day lives we have opportunities to see what we can improve about ourselves and our world. Some days we work on it, and some days we don't. Some days we go back and try to improve on previous actions, like mending relationships or fixing mistakes in our lives. Other days we see what needs to be done and we do it. It's almost never easy, it's often tedious and laborious. But hopefully we can find a way to enjoy the journey.
I have thoroughly enjoyed the process of working through the skyscape, but it is definitely tedious work. I started on the upper left and have worked my way across the canvas. Each day I see it anew and go back and improve what I've done the past days. Hopefully you'll be able to see and enjoy the progress as well.
