A Picture Is Worth a Thousand Words... Or not

You may be wondering about my choice of blog template. I chose it because it fits with my new painting, "The Rescue".

A picture is supposed to be worth a thousand words, but I think in this case it would take a thousand words to explain my canvas thus far.

Let's just say I forgot to photograph before I started painting, and that this is the beginning of a skyline. Maybe next time the picture will start to speak more for itself.
