I finished "Oregon Grain Mill" but forgot to take a pic, so it is coming SOON! I've changed the title and I'll let you know why when I post (hopefully on Thursday). Between family reunions and a Sweet 16 birthday party who has time to paint or post? Summers are Crazy!
This blog is dedicated to my art, but I am going to veer from the trail to add a link to a new favorite site. It's called "Pinching Your Pennies" and has already saved me so much money. Yesterday I saved 300% at Walgreens and over 50% at Albertsons! I didn't think you could Make money grocery shopping, but what can I say?
As artists we have to do what we can to make ends meet so we can keep making our art. Since a penny saved is penny earned then I guess a penny pinched has got to be worth something too, right?

You should check out http://smallnotebook.org/ she has great ideas for reducing spending...she is currently working her way thru No Spend Month (In July the family of three is trying to get by with only $250 + Mortgage and Utilities)
