Kim

Kim is the final girl in this painting. Kim has a lot of spirit. She can be mischievous, sassy and a bit of a brat. She is also the one with the courage to risk. She can't always get the others to follow, but she's not afraid to lead the way.

Without a Kim none of us would get out of bed each day. It is the part of us that loves life and seeks adventure. Without this part of us life would be a dreary existence. At the same time, if we let our Kim's run rampant we can really get into trouble. If she were all we were we'd never go to work, never take responsibility and become little B*%#*@'s.

I really struggled painting Kim. Maybe there are psychological reasons, and maybe it's simply because she is the last and my energy is running low. But I will revisit her.
